From the moment we arrived, this place felt like a hidden gem. The welcome drinks were delicious, and the staff made everything feel seamless – from carrying our suitcases to the room to showing us all the unique features. The outdoor shower? Such a fun touch! And the air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver in the heat. Pauline, our server during the stay, was exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and took the time to explain the menu in detail whenever I had questions. Her kindness and professionalism made the experience even better. Also, the food was amazing! The gnocchi. Felt like I was in Italy! I only stayed for two nights, but I wish I had booked more time. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. After dinner, they escorted us to our rooms, answering questions along the way – turns out the “birds” I thought I heard were actually bullfrogs! I loved how they made us feel so connected to the surroundings. I felt completely safe and cared for the entire time. The atmosphere was relaxing, inviting, and just what I needed after a long day of safaring. I can’t wait to return!

This place was amazing! Our rooms had netting, a/c and ceiling fans! Indoor and outdoor showers as well as a huge tub. Very clean room, very clean bathrooms and unfortunately we only got to stay the one night. We left relatively early. The food was fantastic, the staff most welcoming and friendly and ready to go above and beyond what we needed. Maasai women greeted us upon arrival and provided us with hand made necklaces as well as a Maasai dance. Sublime experience. Thank you

Beautiful place, highly recommend. Best sleep in Tanzania. The rooms will knock your socks off and the staff ho out of their way to keep you happy. A real HAKUNA MATATA. If you come to Tanzania you will definitely not be disappointed if you make this one of your stops

Die Lodge ist im englischen Kolonialsril erbaut und eingerichtet. Trotzdem wirkt diese Anlage nicht so düster, wie ein anderes Hotel dieser Kette, welches wir ein paar Tage früher besucht hatten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist erstklassig. Die Bungalos waren schön und sauber.

Superfreundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, schöne Poolanlage, sehr gute Speisen und gute Bar. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt hier im Hotel. Tansania ist ein wunderschönes Land. da ich hier auf 200 Zeichen schreiben muss schreibe ich das hier hinein.

Amazing hotel and wonderful staff especially Antony and Naomi who were so attentive. The location is ideal for the crater and lovely lunch boxes are provided. The food was delicious a good mix of local with specialities . I would highly recommend this hotel

This was one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. Completely luxurious, and the service is outstanding! The staff are completely professional, and so friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing. Again, total luxury and sparkling clean. The bed is one you never want to get out of! All in all an absolutely fabulous experience. One we will never forget! Thank you to every single member of staff. An extra thank you to our waitress Rehema Daniel for her excellent service and hospitality. Thank you all !
